Delivery Options & Prices Delivery times are based on working days only (Excluding Sundays & UK Bank Holidays and in the case of Special Delivery: Saturdays). Standard Delivery Times are as follows: UK Mainland Recorded Delivery is within 7 working days (Excluding Sundays & UK Bank Holidays). The order will be posted using Royal Mail, Recorded Delivery, 1st or 2nd Class for which a signature will be required upon receipt of your order. (Please note there may be additional delivery charges for large items such as luggage of which we will inform you prior to sending your order to you). When selecting Special Delivery your order will be despatched to you after Nannini Direct receive confirmation of payment, your order will then be delivered by Royal Mail before 1pm the next working day (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & UK Bank Holidays). Royal Mail do state that Special Delivery to remote parts of Scotland, some offshore islands and some outlying districts in the UK may be later. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. All of the above delivery prices will be dependent on the individual products and the delivery cost for each order will be displayed at the checkout stage. Overseas (Including UK Islands & Ireland) Despatch of your order will be within 7 working days (Excluding Sundays & UK Bank Holidays). Overseas orders will be shipped using Royal Mail, International Signed For Delivery (unless otherwise informed), for which a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. (Please note there may be additional delivery charges for large items such as luggage of which we will inform you prior to sending your order to you). Overseas delivery charges for weights over 2kg will be individually quoted on request if you contact us via our Contact Us page (please ensure that you send details of the product you are enquiring about, your name, address and contact details). Exceptions We reserve the right to inform the consumer that products requested are currently not in stock or otherwise unavailable. We also reserve the right to alter delivery charges and delivery times on the website without informing customers prior to the alterations. Nannini Direct reserve the right to not ship any items that may cost more than the stated price on the website, in this event the consumer will be notified. Guarantee Nannini Direct will endeavour to deliver your order within 7 working days (Excluding Sundays & UK Bank Holidays) of receiving your order if the delivery address is UK Mainland. For Overseas orders including, UK Islands & Ireland, we will endeavour to despatch your order within 7 working days (Excluding Sundays & UK Bank Holidays). If carriage companies used do not deliver your product within the requested time period please inform Nannini Direct, in the event of unsatisfactory delivery we hope you will accept our sincere apologies and we will investigate the matter to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible after your notification.
